How Should You Start APO exam Preparation?

Assistant Personnel Officer is the dream of ministerial Staff of Indian Railway.

FIRST, WE SHOULD GO TO   NOTIFICATION &

CHECK ELIGIBILITY CRETERIA.

 

Eligibility for appearing in APO exam.

Group'C' Ministerial staff of Personnel Department. 

Group 'C Ministerial staff working in cadre posts in any other department excluding Hindi Organization and Accounts Department but including Cash and Pay and Time Offices who have no avenue for promotion to Group- 'B' in their own departments. 

Group 'C' Ministerial staff of Stores and Transportation (Traffic & Commercial) Department,

Statistical and Compilation Branch,

Chief Law Assistants,

Stenographers of all Departments (excluding Accounts Department)

who have an avenue for promotion to Group 'B' in their own department but on the basis of option being given to them, have elected to be considered for promotion to the post of APO.

Exam pattern and stages

2 & 3 stage Exam

1. 70% Selection-02 Stage Exam Only those employees who have put in a minimum of 3 years of non-fortuitous service in the GP-Rs.4200 and above are eligible for selections against 70% of vacancies of APO.

2. 30% LDCE quota-3 Stage Exam

-5 years’ service

-100 Marks question

-75% qualifying marks for Pre-Examination.

*परीक्षा को अच्छी तरह से जाने: -

किसी भी परीक्षा की तैयारी करने से पहले, परीक्षा की बारीकियों को अच्छी तरह से जान लेना जरूरी हैं- परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम-As you go through the syllabus make quick notes. This will help you in revision and better understanding on concerned Topic.

    परीक्षा का पात्रता से खुद परिचित करने के लिए APO की Notification को ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए।

जब आप इसे समझ लेते हैं तो पिछले वर्षों में आयोजित परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्र को उठाएं और परीक्षा में वास्तव में क्या पूछा जा रहा हैं इसकी understanding विकसित करें।

परीक्षा का पैटर्न से खुद परिचित कराने के लिए पिछले आये हुए प्रश्न पत्रों से दोस्ती करें और topic decide करें।

   

*अपने Knowledge के नीव [Foundation] को मजबूत करें?

आप IREM और IREC को पढ़ सकते हैं RBE LETTERS से अपने आपको Update कर सकते हैं साथ ही कुछ किताबें भी उपलब्ध हैं जिससे आप अपने Knowledge को बढ़ा  सकते हैं।  

अपने knowledge को Enhance करने के लिए इस YouTube चैनल को भी देख सकते हैं जहाँ समय-समय पर वीडियो अपलोड होते रहते हैं

*अपने knowledge level को upgrade करें।

*Mock-Test based Learning पर ध्यान रखें।

जब यानी [RBE NO. 196/2018 DTD:14.12.2018] से रेलवे में Departmental Exam Objective टाइप के हुए हैं Mock-TEST Best Learning Approach महत्वपूर्ण हो गया हैं Mock-Test आपको एक परीक्षा के तनाव का experience देता हैं और यदि आप इसके अभ्यस्त हो जाते हैं तो वास्तविक परीक्षा के समय तनाव कम होगा।

आप Mock-Test से कमजोर Topic की जांच कर सकते कुछ चीजों को direct याद कर सकते हैं, जहाँ दिमाग लगाने की जरूरत बिल्कुल भी नहीं होती हैं 

* Mock-Test न केवल आपको वास्तविक परीक्षा के दौरान चिंता प्रबंधन में मदद करेगा बल्कि आपको परीक्षा के लिए बहुत अच्छी तरह से तैयार भी करेगा

*एक मार्गदर्शक हमेशा आपकी यात्रा को आसान बनाता हैं

*यदि true/false का question हो तो हमेशा True के साथ जाए। 

*None or all ये 60-70%बार सही होते हैं।

*Longest answer ज्यादातर सही होते हैं। (Indisputably Right) 

Correct answer are usually the second and third option.

Example: यदि आपने Q. No.11 के OPTION A ANSWER के बारे में CONFIDENT हैं और Q. No.13 के OPTION D ANSWER बारे में भी तो Q. No.12 के बारे में Tips ये हैं Q. No.11 और Q. No.13 के option में chance ले सकते हैं

Emphasize higher-level thinking-use memory plus application questions-these questions required students to recall principles, rules or facts in a real-life context.

Example: DAR, HOER, Conduct Rules questions etc. 

The key to preparing memory-plus application questions is to place the concept in a life situations or context that requires the student to first recall the facts and then apply or transfer the application of these in to a situation.

(b) exceeding 48 hours

(c) immediate effect

(d) till further case finalization
